We're currently hiring team members in the following areas.
Hands-on optical engineering role involving optical mounts, alignments, and verification testing.
Requirements:
Proficiency in designing optical mounts and integrating/alignment of optical assemblies. Experience with optical alignment error budgets and verification testing.
Preferred:
Strong analytical skills in optical systems. Detail-oriented with excellent hands-on assembly techniques.
Engineer role focused on developing embedded code for System On Chip modules and GUI interface applications.
Requirements:
Experience with embedded system development. Preferred experience with ARM processors. Experience in Windows-based GUI development.
Preferred:
Strong programming and debugging skills. Ability to work on both low-level and high-level software development.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with hands on assembly and test of electrical systems. Expert soldering, PCB assembly. Ability to work independently. Full or part-time options located on-site in Pasadena, CA.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years electrical assembly and test
Preferred:
Understanding of of PCB schematics. Experience writing procedures.
Mechanical engineer will use CAD and analysis tools to conduct design of diverse and complex systems. Will conduct structural analyses to verify design complies with requirements. Will decompose high level system requirements to lower level requirements on individual components.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with system level design and analysis. Expertise in Solidworks tools
Preferred:
Actuator design and analysis. Aircraft design and analysis. Watercraft (surface and/or subsurface) design and analysis. Experience with opto-mechanical design.
On-Site Internship available for engineering student. Mechanical engineering majors Part time position during the school year, flexible hours
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years completed toward a bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
Minimum GPA of 3.6 and currently enrolled and in good standing at accredited 4 year university
Must be a US Person

Desired GPA 3.7 or higher

Get your hands dirty. Sensitic is seeking a versatile, hands-on Lab Support Technician to support a wide range of build, assembly, and test activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with hardware and takes pride in getting things done—whatever it takes to move a project forward. You will work alongside engineers to support the development of advanced optical and sensor systems. Tasks will range from general shop work and facility support to precision mechanical assembly and operation of lab equipment. Sensitic Technologies is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer in support of the development of advanced space, missile, and electro-optical systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering position—not a traditional coordination or program management role. We are looking for an engineer who enjoys creating products from concept through flight hardware. The successful candidate will own technical products, develop system architectures, generate engineering documentation, define verification approaches, and work directly with multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve challenging technical problems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, fast-moving organization where engineers are expected to contribute across multiple disciplines and take ownership of technical success. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience developing complex aerospace, defense, or space systems
Demonstrated experience developing hardware-based products from concept through integration and test
Experience generating engineering documentation including requirements, CONOPS, interface control documents, verification plans, and test documentation
Strong understanding of the complete systems engineering lifecycle
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently while leading multidisciplinary technical efforts
Must be eligible for a US security clearance and eligible to handle CUI data
Preferred:
Experience with spacecraft, electro-optical payloads, missile systems, drones, seekers, guidance systems, or autonomous systems
Familiarity with mission assurance, configuration management, and design reviews
Experience planning and executing hardware integration and environmental testing
Knowledge of systems modeling, MBSE, or digital engineering tools
Experience supporting government or DoD development programs
Active security clearance is a plus
